14 is a five letter word but the added letter isn't an F. It needs to be added to "rest's" to give the name of a place in France (I think that's how it works, anyway)

Yes lumen, 14ac is a five letter word. The def is the final two words, one of which needs a letter added - but not F if I am correct.

In 18 I think the letter is added to the final word.
