Yes, numbers 4 & 5 end in the same letter.

..a little reassurance quickly worked it’s magic. An unlikely final item. A seemingly universal name reading from the left..seemed tantalisingly close.. although it would have disturbed the established pattern of the other 5.

Ah, apologies jarsseven, yes, there were two items ending in 'a' in 4th and 5th.
