Yes, that’s what I have got but I was trying to just give a clue rather than my answer. Other people seem to think it is fiscal but I will stick to my answer.

There are two thoughts on this: charge as in an invoice or charge as a person who is in charge.

I have got a possible answer which is a combination of the orchestra section that the trumpet belongs to followed by 4 letter word for invoice.
I would appreciate a bit of help in solving No. 50 - bird unsuited to Ilkley Moor. Song only mentions ducks if I am recalling it correctly.

The song refers to Ilkley Moor without a hat so to be unsuited, the opposite has to be true. Begins with a 3 letter word for a hat.
