22, is a black and white seabird.

Please could anyone give me clues to 32, 87 and 99?

32. Basically it's a 6 letter word for a bird that bobs up and down.
Plus 2 letter initials of a US "high up" lawman. Anagram those 8 letters and the answer is a bird (or person) who does what the clue says.
99. This is a type of daisy with the name of 2 birds (they can be called either name) who live in a battery. Their product is necessary in everyday use.
87. I have an answer but not sure it's right. It has been asked several times in this thread and if you go to page 2 and look under lady bee you'll find the start.

32. should have said a waterbird that bobs up and down.

My best solution so far to No. 87 uses the “L” from way back when we had lsd for pounds, shillings and pence.

87 Yes - I see where you're coming from, but that doesn't put 'AL' IN the bag, but rather after it, whereas the solution I have using 'IS' puts it inside a (different) bag. Still on the fence with this one.....
