I have a complete grid and the further message. Am I now looking for parts of London in each row? Surely not.

Is there a circuit going from cell to cell starting and ending at the depot? The message suggests there must be gaps from one stop to the next. How many stops does the bus make in one circuit?

My guess (because I'm still on my umpteenth circuit and getting nowhere!) is that we count from the depot and back again - highlighting each single letter stop - and the full circuit will 'incidentally' spell out the location of the depot... we'll see.
