No, it's fine , sunray. When I posted yesterday, I didn't realise the word might not be solely Scottish.

I have got all but one and I dont know if it's caudle or raki -both could be right.

I think I have the down one wrong - something about band I played and rock (8 )from memory

I have really enjoyed it though

Grunger, I have neither of those - but something very similar to your second one! Have a look at that one, its neighbouring letters. It's not affected by 4 D, I got into band.

got to be raki ...previously in that row was candles ..changes to candies...where's caudle??

i am sure you have obsidian ..its first letter changes

Kirky, I didn't have an I for 'raki' - and I don't think there's any way to make one!

I've also got 'raki', malone - on the 5th row from the bottom.
Can you say what you have instead?
