I have a completed grid, but can't see how to follow the resulting instructions. I can imagine how it might look, but can't see the words or obvious synonym for what's in the first half of the instructions. Can anyone offer any assistance?

I'm not sure how to say this without giving too much away. You need to interpret the second "word" of the instructions in another way.

I have no idea what the title of the puzzle means!
