I'm new to trying the Listener Crosswords and am stuck on a few to finish this one. Struggling with 4d - would be helpful to know length of each of the 2 words.
17d - I have ic*rm* but can't make any progress.
Also 24a - I have im**pe.
Any enlightenment greatly appreciated.

4+4 for 4dn (the 3rd letter of the first word clashes).
You also have clashes in 17d (1st and 5th letters) and 24ac (5th).

Nearly there. Can anyone confirm if there any clashes in 11a or 33d as I'm struggling with these? Also what is the total number of clashes in the puzzle?

Numbskull, there are clashes in both of those. There's an even number of clashes.
