Turast, can you explain the cell reference system CxxRxx? Haven't seen it before.

Actually, I think I've worked it out if C is across and R down your cells look right to me.

Yes, columns and rows. When I learned about grid references, it was always "along the corridor and up the stairs". Now that I've been reassured about the location of the two letter cells, the diagonals appear to have some logic to them, and I ight be able to get the scissors out.

I did a bit of googling before I copied and cut and found the 7 pieces are always the same shapes which helped. Also a quick google of the first clue + the english version of the second gives a few possible arrangements which the split cells quickly resolved as one of them.

All finished, quite an enjoyable bit of cutting and sticking. Much more rewarding than last week's slog. BTW what does DLM stand for?

Really struggling with SW corner. I’m assuming 40 is Nappy, but that then leaves non-words for 25 and 30. I cannot work out the wordplay for 29, but am assuming it’s a bird. Where does the OXY come from in 21, and where is the misprint in 28? I have the first word of the hints but the rest appears to be nonsense. Can anyone help please?

Typical. The moment I post, I find the correct answer to 40, which then gives me 25 and 29. The other queries remain though.
