The only thing I can't work out is where 4G comes into it. Drawing the lines (how, precisely - to the corners or the centres of the cells?) doesn't create any sort of familiar image. And adding up the four digital entries creates only a tenth of what's intended.

Hi ionacarr, G Chambers (medieval Roman Numerals). It's probably easiest if you draw from cell centres though appropriate corners would work equally well (the shape as a mathematical function).

Thanks ginge, the Roman numeral would never have occurred to me. But I'm not mathematically savvy so I don't know what function a skewed rectangle represents.
