27 There's a misprint in the first word. The drama is the crossword favourite, three-letter Japanese, with the usual 'special' inside.

24 'Enclosed' is the definition. Revamped = an anagram will be involved. 'Deserted Hills' = empty the word 'hills', add 'unit' and 'revamp'.
