Sorry Grunger, I missed your post 2383.
No, it was not the professional MD, just a YouTube posting, to which I gave a dislike, because he also wittered on too much!

Very pleased with the win - hope you didn`t throw any beer away!
HK looks totally exhausted, but having scored, will probably start every game now. Grealish would be first pick in my team - hope Foden gets a chance.

The missing `t`s seem to occur anywhere between Wa`ford Gap and Brigh`on - despite people there being be``er educa`ed.

My tickets for today's game Lancs v Worcs have been cancelled owing to reduced capacity. Received email late last night from Lancs. Very annoying as football crowds are increasing.

I think the Counties and NHS are worried about large numbers of students using T20 games as venues for end of term parties! Naturally it`s loyal Cricket followers like us who suffer - I`m not going to games until we can move about the ground freely and public transport gets back to operating normally.

No cricket so spent the day in North Wales. Came across the White Rose Shopping Centre in Rhyl! Felt very safe but would have been at OT too.

Confess I didn`t know the Broad Acres stretched as far as Rhyl!

Hope we put up a better show in the Roses clash tonight than we did in the debacle at Birmingham the other day 🏏

Thank you Sir Ian McGeechan!
On the British Lions broadcast on Sky, he has just (correctly) said "you cannot overestimate the problems....", instead of the ubiquitous sports commentators' "cannot underestimate....".

Here's a headline I saw today:
It would have been a travesty if England didn’t win.

I'm not sure but the tenses don't seem to match. I would prefer:
It would have been a travesty if England hadn’t won.
