I think I have the location, thanks to helpful hints on here, but staring at the grid is not getting me any landmarks. Help please!

I got the landmarks by inspecting the individual clues to see where I could make changes. There was a big hint earlier as to where they are in the grid. One of the 'landmarks' seems … a bit of a stretch for me!
