I did mean 34a (which is certainly further defined in the clue) but on later review remembered that 54a also fell foul.

Can't see 51dn. *a,o*. Apex's bird working hard. Are my letters right and any help please.

I'm struggling with this crossword, but I have got 51d and I think both your letters are wrong. I have ?T ?T.

I thought I'd found a complete list of setters, but I now think not.
