Hello, Elle!
Here's "Two Go To Tolsta".
That's Sidney grown up with the coloured scarf on.

Hi, Rusty!
And thank you, also, for "Two Go To Tolsta"!
I was not expecting to be able to see that....
It had never occurred to me that I could watch it on BBC iPlayer!
I have saved that as well.
I shall have a lot to watch over the weekend!
Oh, and "The Voice : UK" starts tomorrow.....8.30 pm on ITV.
I don't yet have next week's TV guide, but I saw it advertised on the box.
I am looking forward to that!

Hello, Elle!
"Two Go To Tolsta", I found enjoyable!
Millicent was interviewed in Australia and seems a very nice lady!
She's in her eighties, now.
I hope you like it!
I don't use iPlayer on my TV, but it works fine on my Chromebook.
I read a quote from Laura Muir yesterday.
She has just started training in Glasgow.
"Day one of training in Glasgow. Rain, rain, rain!"

Hi, Rusty!
I think one needs a Smart TV (is that the correct name?) to be able to access such as BBC iplayer?
Do you have one of those?
My TV is quite basic!
I watch iPlayer on my desk top computer.
It works fine....... but the swivel chair at my desk in not as comfortable as the sofa!
Laura's comment on rain in Glasgow puts me in mind of when I worked at Manchester Royal Infirmary........
It rained all the time in Manchester , too!!

Hello, Elle!
Ah, I see.
I don't think mine is a smart TV.
I've had it for quite a few years.
It's a Samsung.
The Sky system tells me to connect it to Wi-Fi, but I don't.
I prefer everything to be simple, and I'm not very sure what benefit there would be by hooking Sky up to Wi-Fi, anyway.
I usually know when something interesting is coming on and record it, and that seems OK.
I discovered the iPlayer on my Chromebook by accident, but it seems to work fine.
I think any time I was in Glasgow it seemed to be raining!
The east coast where I live is much drier and sunnier.

A Very Good morning to you, Rusty!
It is a lovely day here.....blue sky and sunshine., with a temperature listed as 6C, but apparently feeling like 3.
It is certainly a bit nippy!
I have a few household tasks to do...and a bit of local shopping...
Plus a letter to post....I think there is a collection midday, but am not sure?
How about you?
Any plans?

Good morning, Elle!
Beautiful morning here, too, and no frost!
I have not been out yet.
We have a post collection today, but not sure when it is.
I have no plans today, so far.
I have done my puzzle, too.

Hi, Rusty!
I am finally home.......and hopefully will not need to set foot outside the door again today!
I posted the bill....completely forgot to check when the collection was!.....and then went to Sainsbury's for my TV guide, and some "bits and bobs".
These amassed into quite a hoard, with which I can now sock up the freezer.
I had forgotten how tiring shopping can be without the use of a car!
My son is coming over at some point this weekend ......but I am unsure whether it will be today or tomorrow.
But come what may...coffee is next on my agenda!

Hello, Elle!
Why did you not get a home delivery from Sainsbury?
Save you carrying it home.
You'll be pleased to get a visit from your son!
I was out for a walk earlier.
Just watched the first run of the slalom.
Mikaela almost crashed but recovered, although losing time.
Petra Vlhova leads, from Mikaela, and Wendy Holdener.
Me for a coffee too, and a slice of pizza!

Hi, Rusty!
I went "in person" to Sainsbury's, because I wanted to choose meat, and also fresh vegetables, and fruit, for myself!
Besides which , I can only have a delivery midweek, and must spend a minimum of £40.... according to my "package deal".
And I wanted my shopping today!
I bought my TV guide, whilst there, and see that not only do I have "The Voice: UK" back, but also "Call the Midwife".
That is good...it is a while since I had much to look forward to watching on the TV!
Now......will Mikaela find it easy/ possible to make up her lost time caused by the near crash?
