Perhaps I did not put it clearly.... I meant "worrying" , because there are so many complaints that a set reply was needed!

Ah, yes I see - but I am not really surprised - I would imagine a lot
of followers would have complained just as we did! Just think how
popular this osprey site is - I think it is better organised (when it
works) than other sites; and also of course, hundreds of people
got rather attached to these birds, and some perhaps to the
previous couple as well.

Anyway, I did send a quick thank you reply - just to be polite.

It was good to have a response from the crew out there- if a "set piece" - and to have the ramifications involved explained to us.

We appreciate how much interested parties enjoy the blog posts and rely on them for updates. The staff and volunteer teams at Lowes and indeed all our Visitor Centres do a huge amount of work on a very limited capacity and I can assure you the blogs will be updated as often as possible.

We are now gearing up for the start of season with all our seasonal staff appointed and are looking forward to what spring 2018 has in stall.

second entry on the page will even show you a photograph of her!

But you can see the exchange of posts that the letter was
somewhat stereotype, probably sent to hundreds of complainants?

Still, better than silence! At least we know and understand - this
