My suggestion was made so that those interested in tennis and/or cycling could have dedicated threads while the Tour and Wimbledon were on. Those who aren't so enthusiastic wouldn't need to trawl through pages of posts that don't interest them.
I, of course, bow to the will of Norah!

I don't mind whatever people decide.
For me, I just whizz past all the posts on here that I know will be of no interest to me. (I don't read many books !)
There are often many different subjects on the go at the same time.

Hi Jazzy,

Great to have you enjoying your first experience of the Tour. One thing you might like to observe is the difference in style of architecture, particularly in the mountains, and I would say also a difference to be noted between the Pyrenees and the Alps. (Massif Central being different again but we don't go deep into it)

I'll join you on the plane rusty. Don't get me wrong. I love Glasto. Have been there many times. It's all good fun they are having.. Too much sadness in the world already.
