Good morning, Elle.
Great day here, but frosty!
Scraping windscreen weather!
If you go on to BBC Scotland website there are several photos of last night's Northern Lights.
I have some from Donegal, too.
Last night's tennis was what sport should be about.
Fun!
I hear Lady Kim and Andy have had another little girl in the past few days!
I was at the cemetery earlier.
Had the place to myself, and it was cold!

Good morning, Rusty!
Wet and cold here.....wellies, raincoat and gloves weather!
Yes, the tennis was fantastic!
And the bonhomie among the players was great!
What a queer way of scoring though?
The Championship tie break (after one set all) in the Singles of the first man to reach ten points?
And then in the Doubles, playing for just forty minutes......and then whichever pair was ahead had won the match!
Both new systems to me!
Mansour Bahrami is remarkable at 61!
Good on EP for working yesterday...... I had a great evening!
I shall take a look at the Northern Lights now.......

Hello, Elle!
The tennis was good fun.
I missed Bahrami, though.
Would have been an idea to have one or two of the top women players involved, too?
I think they were just "makey-up" rules for last night.
Andy is still on the come-back trail after his hip injury.
Still bright and cold up here!

Good evening, Rusty!
What a shame that you missed seeing Bahrami!
He was his usual sparkling self and what amazing tennis was played!
He kept exhorting Andy to "Come on, Andy.......hit the ball"!
I saw a different side to Andy Murray last night and found myself liking him much better.
I wonder how much money was raised for the charities?
I haven't been near a crossword all day....I have been far too busy!
Getting much colder here...still dampish.....

Hello, Elle!
The tennis will be repeated on EuroSport for a day or two.
Glad you and Andy are getting on better!
I have not heard how much money they have raised.
Last year was over £300,000, he raised.
I know UNICEF is one of Andy's charities.
Andy's Granny made Roger some shortie before the match, and he had it with Irn-Bru!
I have finished my puzzle.
Quite tricky today!

Hi, Rusty!
If the tennis is to be shown again on EuroSport, , then maybe you will get the chance to watch Mansour and Tim "beat" the Murray brothers ........just!
It was a real hoot!
Ooops! I am having trouble staying awake....
Earlier I attempted to watch Eggheads.......I didn't make it beyond the first challenger.....!
I think I shall make some coffee - and try watching it again..........

Hello, Elle!
I rarely watch television, especially in the evening.
I would have liked to have seen Tim.
He was a favourite of mine.
You seem to have appreciated the tennis entertainment in Glasgow!
Good old EuroPlayer!
I received a Tweet earlier, and it said there will be an 8 page supplement in tomorrow's Times....on Dundee!
A bit strange!
If true, I would think it would only be in the Scottish edition, surely.
Will look forward to reading whatever it is, anyway!

Good morning, Rusty!
Another chilly, damp and dismal day.......
I do not mind the cold, but I prefer it dry and bright!
Have you been out for your paper?
Does it have a special section on Dundee?
I am wondering if this is down to the recent publicity about the V & A?
I should imagine it would all make for interesting reading?
I am away out for the day very shortly.
A friend is coming to collect me, and we are going shopping in Bromley .......
And then having lunch out!
It should be good!
I should be home about tea-time!
Catch up with you later........

Good morning, Elle!
Lovely day here!
Not as cold as yesterday.
Yes, the supplement was full of info and articles.
The universities, medical school, and V and A, got most of the attention.
Even had a photo of Desperate Dan!
There is a statue of him in the High Street.
A fine looking man!
Enjoy your outing!

Hi, Rusty!
Home again!
The sun made a belated appearance and it has warmed up somewhat.
I had a good shopping day.........
I bought a pair of shoes!
And we went for a Chinese meal for our lunch.
Delicious!
I have seen pictures of the statues of Desperate Dan, Minnie the Minx and Gnasher on Dundee High Street!
What about Dennis the Menace?
I need a coffee and a (long) sit down.......
Is you son-a-visiting today?
