Comments on today's Guardian crept into this thread by mistake.

Fifteensquared is a site that provides a daily parsing of certain crosswords, including the Guardian. Very useful sometimes.

Is it too soon to start listing favourites in the JE?

I still have a few to solve (in the far southwest). I started this in the wee hours this morning; when I figured out Bullfrog's 24a I guffawed uncontrollably and woke my wife up at the other end of the house.

24 ac will be one of my favourite clues ever, but unfortunately not one to share with some people!

Finished yesterday with the exception of 78d, which I've just gotten with a bit of Googling (a fine Australian wine). A few more question marks than usual, but quite a few more stars too. Great work, everyone!

I think bullfrog might burn in hell for that clue (24ac), but it was worth it.

Other faves were Les himself at 70ac and BBM2 at 17ac.

Still have not got bullfrog's 24a......so curious!!!

78d....instantly wanted to put in lunch, as in "lunchbox"...
