jws: For 10d (my last) I assumed it was a general term for sculpture, but plural. If it is, I don't get the wordplay.

Hi! Just caught up with your discussion on 33d. Still find my solution OK, whatever yours is:it involves reading all 5 letters backward, though. We shall see! When Mum is no longer Mum!
And as for 10d, in my opinion it's definitely sigular!

Then it's coincidental that there's a form of sculpture, the kind that, say, della Robbia did, that fits in its plural form.
