I've just noticed that the ORFE/fish clue isn't actually the Camilla one so thanks for saving my blushes Jono and pointing out that she was mentioned in the clue immediately prior:-)

Re 5d, assuming that you’re struggling with the wordplay, it parses as 2,1,6 with a one-letter insertion in the 6.

Lots of pleasing clues as others have noted.

Stumped by 19d. Any hints appreciated.

Also not entirely sure how the wordplay in 18d works - specifically how 'large delivery' fits in.

Thanks both Brendan and Rog. Both making absolute sense now. I'm well and truly at home today Brendan. Had a brief excursion into London on Tuesday when after 20 years the Emirates finally came of age and I am properly here now until June.
