Don't overthink it. Well known pop star, Jack is often used for another name, and furst name an anagram of some of the inner letters of hotel sonny.

I found some of this entertaining, and some of it a bit convoluted, but I suppose that's the point! Liked the two birds. I'm sure that I've got 2down right, but can anyone tell me how a knight and queen come into it, please?
