Thanks to a subscriber to CQ I now get the title. It's a Biblical reference to Job Chapter (endgame highlighting)! It refers to wisdom.

A great puzzle not requiring Excel searches. One thing that slowed me down though was failing to enter numbers in the grid as early as possible. This, in combination with an estimation of limits in the clues becomes a powerful process of elimination.
