Thanks, ixion,
Yes, that’s been my experience in the past (i.e. scrolling up to see the confirmation message).
Never mind, maybe I’ll try again in a day or two.

The first time I entered I thought it didn't go through. It was only after repeating the process several times with the same result that I scrolled up to the top to check I was actually signed in, and that's when I saw the confirmation of submission, like others have said, right up at the top.

14d shows 5-4, which the original answer is, but how are we supposed to divide the letters on the submission form?

Don't worry, I'll split it 5-4 as instructed by the original numeration.

Not a reply to Brendan.

I have the answer to 25A, but can't parse the "Warren" part. Any hint please?

Hi Djmparis,

For "warren" think interconnected underground passages like rabbit burrows, for example and then the answer is a homophone/'picked up' of that.

Djmparis - for 23D
Quite convoluted. Definition is first word. Find a 5-letter word for "nick" in a slang sense. Look at the last letter and think of it as a Roman numeral. Replace it with another Roman numeral which is 20 times that. Eh voila!
