The clues...
Requests for help should normally include the clue itself, the number of letters in the answer and details of any you already have. Special instructions or any additional information, common in Listener puzzles, should also be included.
Hints only, please, no answers.

The theme...
Help towards the theme may also be sought here. The help given should be just a nudge, a pointer in the right direction. Aim to assist a struggling solver without spoiling the puzzle for others. Any posts which, even inadvertently, reveal too much of the theme are likely to be removed.

Although there are many regulars on the Listener threads, newcomers are always welcome.

The Listener is a unique puzzle and should be treated with respect.

Quick solve this week. Thanks Piccadilly, I found this enjoyable.

A lot easier than last week, and an object lesson in how to conceal things in the grid without going for a GWIT (Shark take note!). Mind you, I don't think 'lots of answers are to be entered jumbled' makes for a good crossword - it's the antithesis of what a crossword is.

Short-lived certainly. But enjoyable. One of my favourite subjects!
Hoping for more complexity in IQ tomorrow!

All done now. Quite a neat and clever puzzle that nicely resolves an ambiguity. The lower most thematic had me stumped for a while though before Bradford's came to the rescue.

Thanks kindred2, I knew the shape but couldn't see the shortest thematic until I reread the rubric.

Held up a bit by not getting 2 down until the rest of the grid was filled. But the endgame was fun and led to a “pretty picture”; certainly one close to my heart!
