Lovely puzzle: thoroughly enjoyable from beginning to end, unlike last week's horror.

Stumped by 33 across, which is preventing me from getting to the second shape. I think that I am probably going down a long rabbit hole chasing the usual boxer!

I have to disagree about the jumbles - for this solver it adds to the fun in this puzzle.

It is the usual boxer, but a complicated construction. Canine as in a breed of dog is the definition.

I enjoyed this too. The clues were not too difficult - just as well, given the jumbling. I am all complete, but cannot parse 18 down. Hint please, for my peace of mind.
