Yes buddy, I get that. But those others contained a whole word that was relevant. I feel that containing one letter from the music reference is a bit thin!

Thanks to Harribobs for an excellent IQ; lots of nice touches, including a Chalicea line! And renewed thanks to Buddy for saving me from missing the fun. I had everything done apart from the fourth Pot Luck until I belatedly realised that it was a subtractive anagram.

Lumen, a six letter word for sea, of the sea, loses its last letter and has Thailand inserted.

Thanks, Lumen, glad that helped. I didn't check when I did the puzzle, but the single letter is listed in Chambers, it's that IVR, international vehicle stuff.
