Thanks Ian. I was looking for it under Guardian Prize which is what used to be called in my recollection.

Despite the hints from teewens 15d has me completely stumped. I may have my crossers wrong, but there isn't a word/s for the definition apart from the definition itself. I could muster a restaurant in many areas but not the other way around. (not sure I understand 1 1 3 personal) Any further pointers much appreciated.

It's a poor clue. It parses 4,1,1,3.
The 4 is a very loose synonym for "punch", then A and a single letter abbreviation for "tenor", used in a particular context. The 3 refers to "personal".
Definition is a name for an area in several cities where a number of similar restaurants might be found.

Thanks Chris. I had two probs ... my 20a was incorrect, and there are at least 2 other synonyms for punch which has identical crossers. The correct one I hadn't thought of.

Got it now, just a quick revisit of 20a and I'm done.
