Enjoyable solve, but I found it slightly more challenging than last week.
i can't fully parse 13d. I can see a word for dishonourably with the B replaced by a T, but that leave a 3-letter word in the middle that I can't find in the clue.
Liked 14a, but am I alone in thinking that 'not' would have been better than 'never'??
Also liked 27a and the down hidden clue.
Thanks to earlier posters for the parsing of the first two words of 7d. Only got that clue because of the rhyming pair aspect.
