I had the right anagram for 21a, but hadn't spotted it gave two similar words in different tense

For 7, see cymro’s question @25 on the thread, then see chrise @26, and jazzgirl @27. The three letter word for fashion is part of last week’s 22d. That gets you the first two words of the solution. The third word is given by ‘out of fashion’ and the whole thing means ‘honestly’

All finished except the parsing of 18d. The first 3 letters are no problem but I can't parse the last 4, although the whole solution is guessable from the definition.
