I'd say it's a very tenuous clue, though you're certainly right. It was the only one that stumped me! 'Occasion' as a verb I thought about, but it really doesn't mean 'entail'. Occasion as a verb means 'happens' or 'come across' incidentally, but entail means 'involves' or 'implies'. I think old Cyc has been hitting the vino more these days.
