Help with parsing 30 please - Iris turns on predatory male? (6) I assume the definition is predatory male and answer is obvious with - L - Y - R but can't parse it.
Hints also needed for 26 - Tissue is wrong: Cyclops and his ilk upset. (5) I have S -N - Y assuming 30 is correct

Jaygray, Iris (not the eye) is the definition. There's the usual 'on' and a flour-letter predatory male, both reversed..
