Another record time to finish, 23 minutes this time.

I can't parse 19A but I will read rest of thread first.

I think 9A was my favourite clue today but several were also very good.

The Greek letter rho (look like a p) is usually used for density in maths and physics, but it is D here.

7D was another one I knew from playing Civilization IV (great game), it's the best Ancient Wonder in that game I think (apart from the Pyramids). When combined with the Pyramids it is usually the way to an early win!

Hi
I’m still stuck on 7d despite all the excellent help. I haven’t got 6a either — guess that would help! Nag = a swimmer??

Apart from those ( and maybe 10 is wrong as well?) it was rather easy.

7D was the location of the Great Library (+2 free Great Scientists in the city which built it!), named after a famous ruler/General, several places were called that.

6A is a fish and a word meaning to nag relentlessly about something.

10 is a 2 letter "Everyman" + rues regularly

Ok. Got it now. Had to look up ‘wonders of the world’ and there it was. And I had 10 right and understand 6.

Thanks!!!
