Yes, the title remains a mystery to me, too...

There is only one anagram of the title and it has some relevance - good enough for me anyway.

I think the two words of the title have been stripped.

A lovely puzzle, and a clear but pleasing end game. However, I can’t for the life of me parse 48a. I’m aware of the category of the clue, but still can’t make any sense of it.

48A - standard abbreviations for time and money removed from two separate components of wordplay (would have been three plus four letters).

Absolutely delightful puzzle.

I have a full grid and the requisite 28 cells highlighted - but I have to admit I still have quite a bit of parsing to do to fully satisfy myself that I haven't dropped a 13a somewhere.

I’ve just spotted that I also hadn’t parsed 27a, other than the definition. Can’t get close. Any offers on that, please?
