22a - first word def’n. Communication system with first letter moved backwards in the word

19a - yes, def is first five words and “area” at end is usual letter. The rest is the rest!

29d - 3 letter "prohibitionist" + 3 letter "loan" (as in a library book) - definition is "help with recovery" (as in Rehab, maybe) - interest-free is extra
