5 letter WC containing all of the following: a 3 letter word for "worried" (e.g. as in Gilbert Grape), followed by a 5 letter word for "ladylike" and a 1 letter "model".

4d - 5 letter WC (old fashioned word) goes around 3 letter "worried" and 6 letter "lady-like" and single letter "model" (old car)

It was the model that I didn't cotton on to, and the "worried" is a completely new use of the word to me.
