I had missed the sticky centre of 11a, so thanks for that.
My fave definitely 13d, lovely elegant clue.
I actually enjoyed the 'primarily' clue this week, it was gloriously over the top! Poor Everyman, can't please all of the people all of the time... :-(
I was struggling to parse 4d and 15a - couldn't get the word play in either.
I got 15 from chrise's comment on page 3, thanks.
Also ta to chrise for 4d - I had had a wrong word for 'satirised' which explained why I couldn't parse it!

I have to add that I did finish this puzzle and I did find a few which made me smile, 3 and 10d .

Thought I'd drop in a comment at the end of the day. I was sitting thinking about what I enjoy about these puzzles. Ultimately for me it's not the FOI or the COD. Sometimes it's the LOI. But mostly it's the PDMs. My PDM today was 1a. I love that sense of aha.

13 hours on - thank you ChrisE, after looking a third time, I finally get it. I was foolishly thinking that when you time shift something, you offset it!

I did like 16a. Perhaps because I got it straight away. A little topical reference to Boris's style of government perhaps.
