I got there in the end, but am stumped as to how to parse two of them.

In 15, I think you need to change something which is somehow defined at the start of the clue into the definition given at the end, but what is that 'something'?

17 I knew immediately, thanks to the crossers, but cannot parse. I cannot account for letters 6 and 7 (and possibly 3).

Also, a question about 25. The two letters in the definition are regularly used in solutions, is it common to see them in a definition as an abbreviation, or is this an attempt at misdirection? A double bluff as it were as I assumed it might not be the abbreviation.

17 the last 2 letters are often used as prefix to mean original

FOI 6A, LOI 23A. 19D was my COD today as well. I also quite liked 11A once I got it

This week's primarily lacked any finesse and was not as good as last week's

I'm still not sure of where the last two letters of 14D or 17A come from?

And the 'in' within the clues led me astray for 5D and 17A

15A don't you just move the 5th letter to the 3rd position to get a word meaning changed?

Did all except 4, 11 and 23 last night.
Thought of the answer to 11 while I was getting to sleep and parsed it this morning.

I wouldn't have got 23 without looking here though.

Not as good as last weeks but it wasn't a bad puzzle I thought.

Can anyone give me some hint about the parsing of 11d ?

It's C, there's only 1 letter going down from 11 :p

Unless you mean 11A... 6 letter "messages" around a 6 letter "treat", where the "time" in the treat has been shifted to the end rather than being at the beginning.
