I seem to have found this more difficult than some, but got there in the end. Fairly enjoyable.

For 18d I think “extremely self-satisfied” would be more accurately written as “the most self-satisfied”

Unlike most, I found this a bit of a struggle, especially in the SW ... Not helped by Everyman's dodgy grammar - Who ARE, not Who's! On the other hand, the homophones raised a couple of smiles.

I can't for the life of Me parse 17a

Cosmo ... Think of rough Mediterranean wine (not Sancerre), then move the middle letter to the end.

My COD is 12. It came together nicely when solving and I like the surface

7 two letters ‘live’ with a word for indeed inside all followed by another word for indeed

Can anyone give me some help with 24a (my last one) please? Haven't found this one as easy as some!
