19d - "Zola's heroine" is NANA (a novel by Emile Zola) around I RV Revised Version of Bible

22d - I think it's just a homophone of Stan's A sounds like STANZA

4d - I think this is a double definition - A latchkey child is a one that regularly returns to an empty house and you'd also need a latch key to gain admittance to the home.
