I’m having trouble interpreting 3d; how does WhatsApp equate with IM?

I'd found the poet on google but dismissed it as I couldn't parse it.
Originally I was trying to fit in ire like Phil10000.
Then 11a across went straight in. I was looking for body parts that came in pairs like legs and lungs!

Correct on the rhyming pair, nodrog. I missed it.
Never believe my claims that they're missing: I almost always fail to notice rhyming pairs and alliteration in Everyman, themes in other crosswords! :-)

Strongly agree with you on the primarily. This one's the worst. Might as well have the letters in there at the start. Defeats the object in my view.

Well that was easy apart from 16A which I had to use the solver on this site for and this thread to parse it.

Apart from that all done in less than 45 mins with no other solvers being required. I did need to use Wikipedia for 2D and the poet though.

6D was discussed last week or the week before if I recall correctly!
