The Snake Charmer by 7D and Tango in the Night album cover from Fleetwood Mac are very similar, maybe I was thinking of that, although it was probably a mashup of several of his paintings, that album and Sabre Wulf

I found the image I was thinking of, and yes, it probably was the Sabre Wulf loading screen I was thinking of rather than an album cover:
