I've ploughed through this 3 times now, and on each occasion hit a brick wall. Are N and X anagrams of one another?

Not "anagrams" (or more properly permutations,) but they do have to have the same sum.

2 brick walls for me but I think I'm nearly there on my 3rd effort. Unfortunately I have hit what appears to be an impasse with 4 letters left but I'm pretty sure I am close. To save me starting again, and trying to frame my question to avoid giving too much away, could someone confirm (or deny) that the sum of B, F, J and R is 310?

Thanks

You're almost there, but I found the last few to be mostly grunt work with a calculator.

Hi mprs,

I;m in the same position as smellyharry, just needing a push over the line please
My sum of B, J, F and R is 310 but I'm struggling to allocate B,F and R.
My 9 across 2nd digit entry is 2, so that leaves 2 possibilities for the first digit,. My third digit entry for 4d is 0.
I've done the grunt work on these but hitting a brick wall of eye and calculator fatigue!

B is the highest possible prime. Hope that gives you a nudge.
