Agree with all the comments here, but amazing how straightforward it was when you look at the finished puzzle -- some pretty obscure words in there. Guess that's evidence of well-crafted clues. LOI 16D (also COD, if only because it's that rare beast -- a witty rather than tortuous homophone).

Morning, all. That was enjoyable. Only one that bothers me - I don’t see where the last 4 letters of 15A come from (icers?).
COD was 7A for the construction (& the taste).

Very enjoyable today though I needed some parsing help from the forum. Still can't work out 25a fully, health secretary obvious but I'm missing the ref to blood giving which made it my LOI. COD 16d and I agree with Richard that 14d a great example of that type of clue. Happy easter all.
