Brendan, the quote is definitely in my 7th edition ODQ. The author has two listed.

The quote is not in the Fourth Edition. I should update though these days it's often quicker to find quotes on the Internet! That's how I found this one.

Brendan ... i got the last words of the quote first ... look in the index for the last word if you have it.....
