Thanks, tatters - I struggled with the clue gimmick all the way through but it was worth it (I think) for the pay off.

I’ve been conditioned to automatically note the corrections to misprints, so it’s counter-intuitive to select the wrong letters. Slipped up several times there. I thought this was an excellent set of clues, and 6 down made me laugh out loud. That’s a first for a Listener clue in over 25 years!
