Hi Brendan

I've read through all the clues and didn't get a single one. Is it me or Paul (Iused to like Paul).

I will now read through the rest of the thread and see if it throws any light on any particular clue.

I even started a bit earlier today, but broke off to do the lawn edges. My husband mows the lawn (it isn't big) but refuses to do the edges!

It took an age as the grass has of course grown into the beds.

Be back later.

PS what does COD and PDM stand for?

Hi Roof, good luck with those edges, I think Brendan is referring to Clue of the Day (COD) and Penny Drop Moment (PDM)!

I'm getting nowhere fast. Getting an answer for 24ac means my guess for 15d was wrong. So, some hints please. Can anyone help me with 8d? Is this a person?

Is 1ac a person?

Is 10ac a shakespearian quote. If yes, from which play?

What does 18ac mean. I can't make any connections with the two word clue.
