Got there at last after the penny finally dropped. What I can't deduce from the preamble is the 13 thematic answers are to be submitted on the form. Just the grid answer? Grid answer plus extras? Just the extras? I tend towards the second option but not sure.

Unless otherwise instructed, Aspria, I've always only entered the grid entry - this sometimes doesn't prove you've solved the whole crypticness (crypticity?) but I think that's what the computer that marks them wants. Mind you, I've submitted all 203 and never won the prize, so what do I knpw?
