It's not very well known but is a sequel to an Oscar-winner. I saw it when it came out because had kids at the time. Thanks for nudge on 21 - I saw it as soon as I got up ... Have everything now but can't get the "one's close to" to match what must be AG, or "other piece the wrong way round" to change D to R ...? I see Chambers has the synonym for nurse but I've never come across it without the S ... and I would never have got 31 without google!

'close to closing' can be G, and 'one' can be A, but the 's' seems to be in the way?
The other one is reversed in the clue.
