30d definition is "look for" and is a 3 letter word for 'green' minus it's first letter (the extra letter) + a 3 letter word for 'island'.

35d definition is "resident in Baltic state" and is an anagram of "she" around the usual 2 letter 'alien' minus an E (extra letter)

37a definition is "counterpoised apparatus" and is an anagram of a 6 letter word in the clue + a 2 letter abbr. for 'self-contained'.

357. An anagram(supply) , leading to 'counterpoised apparatus'. The usual 'self-contained' is involved.

30. Look for = expect, anticipate.

35. An abbreviation for someone from one of the Baltic countries.
